What happens after I submit my claim?

Once your claim has been submitted, the Reserv team will send an acknowledgment email. If we need additional information to start the review of your claim, we will request it in the acknowledgement email.

How do I follow-up on my claim if I have a question or additional 
information?

Please reply directly to the acknowledgement email that you received from Reserv. If you cannot locate the email, please reach out to new.claim+cbiz@reserv.com
