What HostGuard is

HostGuard protects PadSplit hosts from covered Member-caused damage and related costs. Coverage is built into your room pricing, no separate policy or signup required.

What HostGuard is not

Not a replacement for your property insurance. Does not cover losses or damages from events unrelated to PadSplit Members or the PadSplit model.

Who is going to be handling my claim? 

Reserv is a digital-native Third Party Administrator (TPA) building cutting edge claims technology that allows us to provide insureds with a clean, streamlined claims experience. We have assembled a team of veteran claims adjusters committed to delivering superior customer experiences and excited to tackle the long-standing challenges of the claims industry.

What happens after I submit my claim? 

Once your claim has been submitted, the Reserv team will send an acknowledgment email. Your adjuster will then reach out by phone within 1 business day to discuss the next steps for your claim.

How will I follow up about my claim after submission? 

Please reply directly to the acknowledgement email that you will receive from Reserv. If you cannot locate the email, please reach out to claims+captivesinsure@reserv.com
